CSR – THE PHILOSOPHY

The company has identified key areas for undertaking CSR projects and programs in India. The actual distribution of the expenditure among these areas will depend upon the needs, as may be determined by the need identification studies or discussions with local government, Grampanchayat, or NGOs.

The company shall give preference to the areas around which it operates and the areas with identified needs for CSR spending.

Partner-The Rotary Club of Mumbai Lakers Charities Trust
A pediatric cardiac surgery initiative providing life-saving operations (both closed and complex open-heart surgeries) for infants and children from underprivileged families.
Partner-Yugrishi Shriram Sharma Acharya Charitable Trust
To perform 260 cataract surgeries for underprivileged individuals in rural Bihar to eliminate curable blindness. The initiative also supports restoring livelihoods for the beneficiaries and relieves approximately 500 caregivers from daily caretaking responsibilities.
Partner-Akshaya Patra Foundation
Provision of approximately 7,50,587 nutritious mid-day meals to school children studying in government schools across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Assam, and Telangana between August 2024 and December 2024, promoting better health and school attendance.
Partner-Tata Education & Development Trust (TEDT)
Supply and installation of an Apheresis Machine at the Blood Centre of Dibrugarh Cancer Centre. Also includes financial and medical support for cancer patients. The centre is operated by Assam Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF) – a joint initiative of Government of Assam and Tata Trusts.

To skill 80 professionals for the Interiors and Furniture Industry through NSQF-aligned training. Includes assessment, certification, and apprenticeship opportunities for enhanced employability and career progression.
KISS – Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences
Educational support to 100 underprivileged tribal children through fully free, residential schools from KG to Post-Graduation. KISS has campuses in Odisha (Bhubaneswar) and Delhi, supporting 80,000+ indigenous students including 60% girls.

A paediatric cardiac surgery initiative offering life-saving surgeries (both closed and complex open-heart procedures) for infants and children from underprivileged families. Rotary has proudly maintained a 100% success rate in previous surgeries under this initiative. Approximately 60–70 children will benefit in 2025.
Yugrishi Shriram Sharma Acharya Charitable Trust
Execution of 375 cataract surgeries for economically disadvantaged individuals in rural Bihar to combat curable blindness. This initiative also aims to restore livelihoods and relieve over 500 caregivers from daily caretaking duties, enabling them to re-engage in income-generating activities
Akshaya Patra Foundation
Provision of approximately 6,09,756 nutritious mid-day meals to government school children across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Assam, and Telangana from July 2025 to December 2025. The project aims to improve child nutrition, enhance school attendance, and support overall educational outcomes.
Furniture & Fittings Skill Council (FFSC)
Skilling of 140 youth and professionals for the interiors and furniture industry, aligned with NSQF standards. The project includes certification, industry-based assessment, and apprenticeship opportunities, promoting employability and career advancement in a high-growth manufacturing sector.
Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation
Promoting social integration and empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through inclusive sports programs. The project includes: 1.Participation in Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (Inclusion Run) for 25 PwD 2.Participation in Tata Mumbai Marathon (Inclusion Run) for 50 PwDs.
