Hafele India complies with the ‘The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’ as mandated by Indian law. Our objective is to provide a safe, healthy, and fair environment in which everyone associated with Häfele is able to work without harassment, discrimination, or victimization.

Sexual harassment of any kind is an unacceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated at Hafele. Every individual associated with the organization (irrespective of gender) has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. A workplace free from hostility enables our team to contribute more effectively to the organisation’s success and to achieve higher levels of job satisfaction.
